多功能型矿山路面抑尘剂在露天矿山中的应用

摘要:本文介绍了一种原材料价格低廉、加工工艺简单、安全环保且具有良好的吸湿、保湿、凝并性能多功能复合型抑尘剂,测试了其在铁矿、煤矿、石灰石等不同类型露天矿山运输路面现场应用效果,并评价了其经济效益。测试结果表明,多功能复合型抑尘剂在三种不同类型的露天矿山中抑尘效果显著,具有一定的抑尘周期,其中抑尘剂溶液在露天铁矿运输路面试验中抑尘效率最高、抑尘周期最长,分别为98.3%和8天,在露天石灰石矿山路面,抑尘效率和抑尘周期也可达到96.4%和5天。通过经济效益分析,与传统晒水抑尘方法相比,本文抑尘剂节水效果明显,经济效益显著,具有一定的推广应用前景。
Application of Multi-functional Dust-Depressor in Open-pit Mines

Abstract: This article introduces a kind of multifunctional dust suppressor with low price of raw materials, simple processing technology, safety and environmental protection, and good moisture absorption, moisture retention and coagulation performance. Its application effect in different types of open-pit opencast mines such as iron mine, coal mine and limestone was tested, and its economic benefits were evaluated. The test results showed that the multi-functional dust suppressor had remarkable dust suppression effect in three different types of open-pit mines, and had a certain dust suppression cycle. The dust suppression efficiency and dust suppression cycle of the dust suppressor solution in the open- pit mines transportation road test were the highest, 98.3% and 8 days respectively. In the open-pit Limestone Mine Road, the dust suppression efficiency and dust suppression cycle can also reach 96.4% and 5 days. Through the analysis of economic benefits, compared with the traditional methods of drying water and dust suppression, the dust suppressant in this paper had obvious water-saving effect and economic benefits, and had a certain application prospect.
浅谈砂石绿色矿山数字化基本建设思路

摘要:数字化矿山建设是目前砂石矿山进行绿色创建的重要环节,也是节能、降耗和高效的必要手段,数字化矿山建设以砂石矿山开采过程进行需求功能分析为导引,基础数据收集为依托,结合矿山数字化采矿、信息化建设等技术,形成砂石露天矿山数字集成化系统的框架及建设思路,在现有条件下,数字化矿山要一点一策,同时存在基础资料收集困难,信息和数据处理难度较大,对数字化矿山发展提出建设方向。
Discussion on the Basic Construction Idea of Digitalization of Green Aggregates Mine

Abstract: Digital mine construction is an important link for construction of green mines at present, and it is also a necessary means for energy conservation, consumption reduction and high efficiency. Digital mine construction is guided by demand function analysis of aggregate mining process, based on basic data collection, and combined with technologies such as digital mining and information construction of mines, which form the framework and construction ideas of a digital integrated system for sand and gravel open-pit mines. Under the existing conditions, digital mines must take measures one by one. At the same time, there are difficulties in basic data collecting and processing, which propose a construction direction for digital mines.
铁尾矿砂掺量对混凝土性能的影响

摘要:按普通混凝土配合比设计的方法配制强度等级为C30、C40、C50的混凝土,通过对天然细砂、人工粗砂、铁尾矿砂进行级配优化后,研究了不同掺量的铁尾矿砂对不同强度等级混凝土基本性质的影响。结果表明,掺入铁尾矿砂后混凝土拌合物的和易性下降,且掺量越大,混凝土坍落度及扩展度越小;用铁尾矿砂配制的C30、C40混凝土,其强度略高于普通混凝土,且随铁尾矿砂掺量增加而略有增加,但用铁尾矿砂配制的C50混凝土,其强度略低于普通混凝土。
Effect of iron tailings content on concrete performance

Abstract: C30, C40 and C50 concrete were prepared by the method of proportion design of ordinary concrete. After the gradation optimization of natural fine sand, artificial coarse sand and iron tailings, the influence of iron tailings additive amount on the basic properties of various strength grade concrete was studied. The results show that the workability of mixing concrete with iron tailing sand decreases. The greater the amount of iron tailing sand in the concrete mix, the lower the measured values of slump and expansion. The strength of C30 and C40 concrete prepared with iron tailing sand are slightly higher than that of ordinary concrete respectively, and slightly increases with the increase of iron tailing sand content. But the strength of C50 concrete prepared with iron tailing is slightly lower than that of C50 ordinary concrete.
